Charter Business Warehouse, Office and Call Center

After selecting Rochester as the location to develop a regional hub for their services , Charter Communications retained CRW  to assist in the renovation of over 100,000 square feet of space on the IBM Rochester campus to house a storage/distribution facility, sales center offices and a call center.  CRW worked closely with the project team, general contractor, owner and landlord to develop and refine plans to completely renovate existing warehouse and office space to meet the needs of Charter and IBM. Office space renovations included removing existing construction down to the existing structure, allowing the construction of new offices, conference rooms, break areas, work stations and restroom remodels. “Photos provided by: Benike Construction"
