Broker Exchange
As a buyer and seller of computer hardware and component parts, the Broker Exchange found that they needed to expand their facility to keep pace with their growing business. As a relatively small company with conservative ownership, they chose to purchase, remodel and expand in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of a residential area in Northeast Rochester. The architectural staff of CRW was commissioned to study and recommend a phased expansion that would allow the company to meet current needs while planning for significant future growth. The resulting phased design of approximately 10,000 square feet resulted in a relatively simple but dramatic “high tech” building.
